Bonus Month Guarantee

If your business does not make back at least the cost of your monthly subscription in profit during a paid month, your next month will be free.

• Applies to active paid months only and one guarantee per sponsor.
• Your listing must stay live for the full month and include a trackable offer (e.g., coupon code or booking note) so results can be reasonably verified.
• Requests must be made within 10 days after the month ends.
• Final eligibility is determined in our reasonable discretion.

Plans & Placement

• Standard Spot: $377/month — category listing on the member site.
• Homepage Spotlight: $877/month — homepage placement plus category listing.
• Category Limit: Up to two sponsors per service to preserve visibility.
• Availability: Listings are subject to category availability and may be waitlisted.

Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
• Stripe processes payments; fees are non‑refundable for the active period.
• Taxes additional as applicable.

Use of the Platform

• Publish truthful offers; honor redemptions for logged‑in residents as stated.
• No spam, unlawful, or discriminatory content.
• Comply with telemarketing, texting, email, privacy, and licensing laws.

Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kowpoke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.
