Bonus Month Make‑Good
- Eligibility: First paid month on a plan per account. Applies to Shared, Dual‑Category, or Solo.
- Measure: Profit = closed‑job revenue attributable to our inquiries × your stated margin. If Profit < subscription paid for that month, you may claim a free month on the same plan.
- Simple proof: Provide a brief attestation of closed jobs and amounts (no confidential docs required).
- Timing: Request within 10 days after the month ends.
- Limits: One make‑good per account. Excludes cancellations/refunds or jobs not pursued within reasonable time.
- Abuse: We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of fraud or policy violations.

By using our canvassing, survey, and lead delivery services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms.
Plans & Exclusivity
- Shared: up to 3 sponsors per service/ZIP.
- Dual‑Category: you may be listed under two categories (e.g., Roofing and Solar) in your selected ZIPs.
- Solo: only you for that service/ZIP during the paid term.
- No guaranteed volume; seasonality and ZIPs affect results.
Fees & Billing
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
- Pricing: Shared $800/mo; Dual‑Category $1,300/mo; Solo $2,500/mo (per service/ZIP unless otherwise stated).
- Stripe processes payments; fees are non‑refundable for the active period.
- Taxes additional as applicable.
Use of Leads
- Use inquiries solely to provide quoted services; no resale/sharing.
- Comply with telemarketing, texting, email, privacy, and licensing laws.
- Honor opt‑outs promptly.
Liability
Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kowpoke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.
