Information we collect

Account & application data (business name, contact, email, phone, categories, ZIPs).
Resident submission data (name, contact, address/ZIP, category, timing, consent checkbox text, timestamp, IP, user‑agent).
Transactional data from Stripe; we do not store full card details.
Usage & device data (pages, browser, approximate location).

How we use information

Provide and improve canvassing, surveys, and delivery of inquiries to sponsors.
Verify consent, prevent spam/fraud, and maintain security.
Process subscriptions and payments; send receipts and notices.
Respond to requests and provide support.

Sharing

With sponsors selected by residents; we do not resell the same inquiry.
With service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under contract.
For legal/safety reasons or business transfers.
